We are committed to rigorously ensure that we provide quality immigration and human rights law services to our clientele. Our survival depends on the ‘quality’ of services provided to our clientele. The firm’s success can objectively be quantified in many areas of its work which are measurable, including setting precedents in the legal field. Malik Law Chambers Solicitors have set over a 100 precedents in the higher courts, including the Supreme Court of England & Wales, The Court of Appeal, the House of Lords and the Upper Tribunal. As well as this impeccable record, the firm has been instrumental in setting standards and successfully handling thousands of cases. Our record reflects our integrity and our policy to provide high-quality services.

The firm aims to accomplish quality objectives by establishing, implementing and maintaining a documented effective Quality Assurance System which complies with the requirements of Lexcel, which is the Law Society’s Quality Management system.

To meet our quality assurance objectives by also rigorously complying with the rules governing our profession as well as the relevant governing principles of client care governance. The firm recruits staff that is qualified, to deliver the service required to our clients. Our firm is committed fully to providing quality services because it too relies on this, for its future survival.
